At Aseel Craft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are personalized and made to order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Customized & Personalized Products
Most products sold by Aseel Craft are customized or personalized according to customer specifications. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer.
- Incorrect information, text, or photos provided by the customer.
- Customer preference after receiving the product.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective,
- Incorrect compared to your order, or
- Contains a printing error or manufacturing defect,
you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
- A brief explanation of the problem.
Claims submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be approved if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item contains a misprint or production error caused by us.
- You received the wrong item.
We reserve the right to review all claims before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Customer spelling or personalization mistakes.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Minor color variations due to monitor or screen differences.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we may:
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your request.
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Aseel Craft will provide instructions regarding the return process.
Customers should not return products without first contacting us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, customized orders cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
